Abstract

This work explores the intellectual project of the Chilean critics in exile considering their contributions to the current critical agenda. We synthesize its relevance in three areas: accomplishing the construction of an aesthetic and political project that allowed the development of dissident critical thought inside and outside Chile; introducing research lines relevant even today; and finally, creating international networks that enable the rethinking of the relationships within the Academia in the globalized context
