El lugar de Carolina Maria de Jesus en la literatura brasileña
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article analyzes three memory stories by Brazilian writer Carolina Maria de Jesus, Cuarto de desechos, Casa de ladrillos and Diario de Bitita from the notion of wandering or displacement found in the three texts, as well as from the proposal of peripheral literature as (in)(re)sistence. It approaches literary creation as an individual-collective project, representative of an I and an us, both in Carolina’s writing process and in the expectation of what a writer should or should not be.
