Poetry Effects and the Case of Nicanor Parra

Abstract
This article discusses the relationship between poetry and psychoanalysis, specifically in sorne aspects of Nicanor Parra's antipoetry. The author considers the semblance of the antipoet and sorne of its effects on the Other social reader of his work. Similarly, the text explores sorne effects of Parra's antipoetry from psychoanalysis and key concepts from Freud and Lacan. The emphasis is on the effect on the reader and its
consequences for the desire, the interpretation and the function of the rest/remains.
