Magazine: Intellectual and Polemic Proyect of 30’s in Chile

Abstract
During 1930 and 1932 the group named Índice is conformed in Santiago de Chile and it uses as tool for dissemination a monthly magazine whose contributors and members were sorne recognized and working national and international intellectuals such as Eugenio González, Mariano Picón-Salas, Oiga Poblete, Domingo Melfi, Raúl Silva Castro, Amanda Labarca, Ricardo Latcham and Manuel Rojas, that remarks this magazine like a very important document for understanding Chilean and Spanish american cultural live in 30s in spite of its very short existence. We will analyse in this document the editorial proposal as well as sorne collective-ducursive strategies such as survey forms about tapies and problems of Chilean contemporary live that looked for conforming a particular idea of public opinion.
