Make a submission

Download our standard word template, which contains the essential format guidelines to prepare your manuscript.

  1. Make your submission using our online submission system, where you can upload your submission files, enter the metadata related to the authors and manuscript, and send the confirmation about your decision to submit the manuscript to this journal.
  2. Suggest three possible reviewers to evaluate your manuscript (WoS publications must be listed). The reviewers may not be the following (i) same university, (ii) co-author for papers in the last 5 years, (iii) relative (e.g., husband, uncle).
  3. The manuscript must be written in English, following the format guidelines given in our standard word template.
  4. Affiliation emails must be institutional.
  5. Manuscript length preferably no more than 20 double line spaced manuscript pages, including tables, and illustrations.
  6. The use of a reference manager software is highly recommended.
  7. Including a graphical abstract is highly recommended. The dimensions must be 5 x 15 cm, it must be legible, and the image resolution must be suitable for a scientific article.
  8. Article highlights and list of abbreviations must be included. Highlights should consist of 3 to 5 bullet points, each a maximum of 85 characters, including spaces.
